Shipping Policy
All prices stated on the seller's website are exclusive of sales tax. Since the small business regulation according to § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG Austrian law, applies to Roland Neuhauser Hoya's and more.

The shipping costs are displayed individually on the order page and in the shopping cart. The shipping costs include the statutory VAT.

Please note that orders are only dispatched from Monday - Wednesday to avoid unnecessary storage damage.
Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you are welcome to contact us and we will find a mutual solution. In general, however, plants cannot be returned after 7 days.

Shipping costs of the return must be borne by the buyer and if the goods are damaged, we reserve the right to a compensation deduction.
